AFTER SALES SERVICE AND PRODUCT SUPPORT
We supply to customers our products and ensure that they work with maximum effects by our after sales service.
PDE’ after sales service includes delivery, commisiong, warranty and maintenance. We provide telephone service within 24 hours for emergent cases. PDE supplies spare parts for engines and machinery as well as provide periodical checking in order for free every 3 months during the warranty time to monitor the corrosion of parts, components to be replaced promptly.
With many years of experiences in genset field, we understand that warranty as per manufacturers’ standards is one of the most important criteria in purchasing and using generator set. The importance of warranty policy just can be realized whenever damage occurs.
